Propel has an experienced team who will help you find the right bike and will then run you through how to use it and explain everything.

Your bike will be completely assembled, battery charged, software updated and ready to ride if you purchase online or in store.

Finally at Propel Cycles we want to look after you, the person that has given us support and purchased from us. To say thanks we give you Free Labour and Software Updates on all in house workshop servicing for 1 year. We also only service bikes that we have sold reducing workshop waiting times and getting you back on the road quicker.

We have three great locations to test ride a bike.

• Test ride around Victoria Park. With its wide bike track circling the park and no traffic to deal with this is the perfect spot to test ride in safety.
• College Hill road perfect for testing the bikes power up a steep hill and testing the disc brakes on the way down.
• Our large three storey carpark right behind the shop is ideal for those rainy days when we cant get out.
